Where can I get schematics for a new Parker Reproduction by Winchester in 28/410?

The design/schematic is exactly the same as a Remington era, or earlier Meriden ejector hammerless gun after 1917. The lowest grade of the Parker Reproduction by Winchester is the DHE.
