Another Newbe
Just joined earlier today trying to locate info on a gun that I inherited from my father. It was my favorite gun to hunt with when I was much younger. I believe it is a Trojan. Ser # 213963 followed by OV or 0V. The top of the barrel says the usual Parker Brothers Meridian, Conn and also says Trojan, all of this is on the site ramp. The gun is a hammerless 20 ga. double barrel. Barrel is just a hair under 28" and the receiver is stamped Oct 25, 1910. Just hoping for insight into the value of the gun. I don't believe he spent more that $100 on it when he bought it. Thanks for any info. BTW I do have some photos.

213963 left the factory wearing 28 inch barrels, how much of a hair?
please post your pics, sounds like a nice bird gun |
I hope you still use it.

The barrel measures 27 7/8". Not too sure how to add the pics. I found the insert image, but it wants a url address, not a location from my computer. Should I upload them to a web site like google + photos? I haven't used it in quite some time.

Nice little Trojan - I hope you still use it.

Thanks, any thoughts on what it might be valued at? I really have no idea.

Rod, take a look at gunbroker.com and see what folks are asking for other Trojan 20's... then track the auction and see what $$ they finally sell at.
I hope you still use it. |
Thanks for the info.

How about a photo of the muzzle end of the barrels? David
