GETTING READY FOR THE BIG GAME
 

It's no secret who my boys are rooting for in the Super Bowl........:corn:

I do admire Tom Brady's ability, but I can't bring myself to watch professionals paid multi-millions kneel during the National Anthem.

When the MLB players do the same, I'll quit watching them also.

I checked and it seems both teams have "kneelers." If your dogs were in the "Puppy Bowl," I would watch that.

Just trying to have a little fun here:) Not looking for controversy!!!!

Sophie, my english setter, will probably sleep through the whole thing. Lol

I know. I will go with the East Coast team over a team that can't decide where to land and stay. (Cleveland, L.A., St.L,L.A. again)

The only part of the whole thing thats of any interest to me are the commercials:rotf:

Aw come on Steve. Controversy is good.
I however am at the point where I don't want my National Anthem played at professional sporting events. The players for the most part don't deserve it. and it would remove a platform/stage for those who want to make a statement.
However, I will be rooting for Tom. I love Patriots haters. Makes me love them more.

For me, it is an excuse to go to the Gun Club for the annual super bowl party / oyster roast.

Edgar, that’s not the wisest thing I’ve ever heard from you but it’s right up there with all the others. You are after all, a very wise man and I admire your wisdom.
