"The Elliot's Twenty-Bore Parker Bros. Skeet Gun" Follow-Up

In the Fall 2017 Issue of Parker Pages I wrote an article on this gun but the pictures of the Elliot men with the gun I referenced had become unavailable so I could not publish them with the story.
This morning I visited with Mr. Elliot, the man who I met at the post office that fateful morning, and he allowed me to photograph the newspaper (Lawrence Eagle Tribune, April 22, 1936 (eighty-eight years ago) and the picture of his great-grandfather, grandfather and father. Colin, the younger fellow in the center is holding the DHE Skeet gun while the elder Mr. Elliot is holding a 12 gauge lower grade Parker and the gentleman on the right, Colin's father, appears to have a Browning A-5. Not a terrible gun, Dean.

Not by a long shot Bill. It's really quite nice with over 50% original vibrant case color. And it shoots very well too. When the owner left it with me for a month or so two years ago he said I should check it out and shoot it to make sure everything still works, so I did. I shot two rounds of Skeet and it performed flawlessly as long as I did my part and pointed it properly.
