I'm new to the site and have been looking for a source where I can see all of the standard parker engraving patterns. Does anyone here know where I can find this?

John Dallas 05-25-2011 06:36 PM

Go to the Parker home page (http://parkerguns.org), and click on "Parker Grades" on the left hand side. There are descriptions of each grade, and pix too!

Magnificent, I believe that is referred to as the lily pattern.

Dean Romig 11-08-2013 12:51 PM

There are more than just lilies in those engravings and I've always heard it referred to as a "Floral Pattern".

ForrestArmstrong 11-08-2013 01:01 PM

There's a similar pattern on a repro for sale on GI now.

Stunning photography of a fantastic gun! How did you get those pics?

I'm anxious to hear the answer to that question. This is what an A-1 Special should look like.
