All Dressed Up

I've been getting Buster ready for my turkey hunt with Charlie Cleveland in Mississippi next week. I thought a new suit to hide the shine from some wise old Tom might be a good idea. Does anyone else camo up their Parker?

as long as YOU don't scratch your name under that "upgrade"
:rotf: |
Thank you for that! I had a good laugh when I read it. I used my old wood burning kit and put a picture of me shooting a turkey on the stock. Can't see it though.

Yes, I have ever since I bought this 10 ga. Grade 3 that someone kindly took ALL the finish off leaving it looking like it was nickel plated, "lock, stock, and barrel". Stretch-cloth camo tape sure does the trick.

good hooks on that big tom...looks like the camo done the trick on this bird....charlie

Mike, I don't camo my Parker's when hunting turkeys, I just find shade for my hide, hope to call 'em in tight and smoke 'em. Good luck to you and Charlie!! I'll be on the Kansas/Nebraska line next week hunting giant easterns with son Tim and good friend and call maker Niles Oesterle. I'm looking forward to your Mississippi stories and pictures

Thanks Jim. That's a great looking gun you have there. Hope you get to pull the trigger on your hunt. I'm looking forward to telling a story about hunting with you too.

Dean the wood on your gun looks like it's in great condition. That's a big bird laying there. I actually got the camo tape idea after seeing a pic of your camoed Silver beauty
