This is a 12ga with 26in Parker Steel Barrels with a capped stock Sounds intresting

Don ,With those Parkers you been getting you should join the PGCA and order some letters on your guns. I see you have been a forum associate since 2015 . Might pay off to buy a serialization book too a lot of good info in it .

Yes that sounds like a good idea
I’m waiting for more info this may possibly be a skeet gun

Small bit of new info 1 frame 3 lb bbl
A crude choke test with a dime reveals it can have a dime inserted from the muzzle end

What is the barrel length ? Its a 12 ga maybe open chokes and a letter might tell you how it was ordered

Don Strelioff 01-29-2021 05:29 PM

The bbl is 26”

No, that serial number is way too low for a Skeet gun. Skeet wasn't even named until 1926 and Parker didn't even reference Skeet chokes until 1932.

The bbl is 26” so it has been cut .
My speculation about it been used for skeet is because the fellow that owned it had a model 21 skeet gun .
More speculation he cut the bbl’s and shot skeet with it .
