Just Curious

There is a Parker repro B grade listed on Guns International that has piqued my interest.

I have not looked at many B grades and am curious about the engraving on this example. Is that typical B engraving or is it something custom? Regardless, I like it but I do not at all like the price they are asking for it.

Were screw in chokes standard on B grades?

When the factory closed in Japan , few B came unfinished. I did maybe five or ten . They were finished at the custom shop . I remember some came with the floor-plate unfinished , and other scenes than the standard were done . I do not think I signed i any . I signed the A1s custom for sure .
Taking a close look at the pictures , it looks factory engraving .

Can't intelligently answer your question about the engraving other than to say it appears consistent w/other B-grades but, I presume you took notice to the damaged BTFE?

Mr. Gournet, thank you for chiming in. Was there a certain s/n that can be used as a baseline to which the guns receiving your personal touch can be identified? B-grade and A-1?

I have no interest in buying it or any other B for that matter. I did not look beyond the engraving as that is what caught my eye.

By and large , if I do an A1 , I sign it . If I finish a factory pattern, or a restoration , I do not signed it .

And today I do not wish to let know the one I did and did not sign yesterday ...
