New first time Parker owner

After many years of admiring them, I finally found a deal on a 1901 VH grade. I can understand the love for these guns now. The 118 year old still goes bang, and has phenomenal machine work on the inside and outside of the frame. These guns are truly functioning art from a time period where form was just as important as function.

Hi Wyatt! - Welcome.
Congratulations on your first Parker! You have only seen the tip of the Parker iceberg though. You should spend the $40 and become an annual member. By doing so you will gain access to the Members Only segments of this website and will be able to see all of the wonderful Parkers, Foxes, Elsies, LeFevers and so many others that are put up for sale here. You will also receive our quarterly publication, Parker Pages, which is a 48-page color glossy magazine full of technical, hunting and shooting articles and the great writing of some of our members. All this, and more, for the price of a tank of gas. . |
Wyatt, Have fun with that fine Parker...and welcome!

I might have to look into a membership now. I'm scared I might start buying this lonely VH some friends if I'm exposed to classifieds. Thanks for the warm welcome.

Welcome Wyatt,
This is one of the best forums I have ever been involved with, the members are very knowledgeable and are willing to share that knowledge. |
