Mr Cleveland,

I have read your posts from 2009 about your lite 1 1/4 oz loads

I spoke to Tom Armbrust tonight. He recs 1 1/2 oz. He states he has done 1 1/4 and 1 3/8 but the 1 1/2 is the most reliable.

I am excited to try some of his 1 1/2 oz ers at about 1050/ 1100 FPS.
This past weekend I shot some 1 7/8 oz ers and some 2 1/2 oz ers.
I could tell a difference in the two and preferred the 1 7/8 which were easy shooting. But I am very excited to try the 1 1/2 oz as a dedicated target load.

I will keep info coming to results as things develop and I hope over time, with help can come up with a nice lite low recoil and low pressure target load for the mighty eight.

Hello John,

It was just very recently you were looking for an 8 gauge gun to buy... It seems you now have one. Were you able to find a Parker 8 gauge?

Mr Romig,

Yes sir I was very fortunate to find exactly what I was looking for in a hammergun.

34" D grade fishtail top lever #6 frame exactly at 12 pounds.

I was very very lucky to have found this one.

She shoots great!!!!

That's great! You can't ask for much more than that - and a lightweight too!!

I have some 12 gauge gaugemates and shot regular 12 gauge shells through mine. It kicked less than a bb gun. I would not recommend that. 1 1/2 would be the minimum I would go
