Remington Model 32

I have only handled one and never shot one but always wanted a Remington 32. I am currently looking for one and have done all the reading I can find on them here and other sources. They sound fairly trouble free. I have seen mentioned a few trigger issues. If I should happen to buy one and encounter trigger issues is there anyone that repairs them? I would welcome all opinions on the 32 as well.

Thanks

Great guns; built like a bank vault. My brother bought a M32 TC Grade 2-barrel set, 30" M & F and 28" IC & IM. After years of shooting Belgian Brownings at bunker trap, I "discovered" this one and now won't give it back - will probably end up buying it from him. Never had a problem with the trigger; most are fine unless previous owners "fine-tuned" them - then the fun starts!

I AM an advocate of the Remington Model 32 as well as the Krieghoff K-32 and K-80 . And don’t get me wrong I’ve got a pretty decent sized covey of Belgium Superposed . But I’ve never shot any gun better then the Remington or Krieghoff versions of the 32 .

I recently switched from a Krieghoff to a Rem 32 for clays. Love it. Fantastic shotgun. I’m hooked.

I've long wanted a Remington Model 32 Skeet Gun, but so far the only one I've found is an early one with a serial number in the 14xx range and it didn't git me at all. When I'd throw it to my shoulder I was looking at the left side of the barrels. From the 1934 Remington Arms Co., Inc. catalog --

I had an inoperative trigger on my Remington 32, but it turned out to be a very simple fix for a talented gunsmith. I am now enjoying my faux F Grade 32 with recently installed TC grade wood. After years of enjoying a closet queen, I can now enjoy a shooter. However, unlike Joe, I'm not giving up my Krieghoff.

There’s a nice 32 for sale on the Trapshooter board.
