What the heck

Ever see a A&D latch and a Push Button latch on the same forearm? Take a look at the 28 gauge Repro 2 barrel set on Carol Watson auction in Ca next month. PS. Proxibid.

I’ll bet the “push-button” is a non-functioning embellishment to suit someone’s fancy. The BTFE has the reinforcing rod or screw so it wouldn’t be very difficult to weld a fake push button to the screw.

It would be a turn-off for me.

It looks to me as if the forend drawbolt may just not be screwed in and is sticking out. There is not a good enough photo that I can see to tell for sure.

Agree with Brian: forend screw protruding. (But one has to wonder why)
