Parker #21 Vise

Looking at a Parker # 21 Vise. Looks all original and works fine. I am wondering about a range of value for a # 21 as all the Parker vices I see on Ebay are smaller and no #21 listed. Any help would be appreciated.

Vises have been discussed on this forum, and I recall that a link to a great listing of Parker vises was included in the thread.

Parker Vise information gathered from this forum

I took a look at our past posts for Parker Vises and found more than I expected. Some interesting information here, most of which I seem to have forgotten.

Went through all the listed posts. Very informative and useful. Edgar seems to have an encyclopedic ( sp ) knowledge of the various models, but still can't find any reference to a #21.

Encyclopedias were invented so mankind could at long last keep up with Edgar...

Found a # 22 on Ebay that looks very similar to my #21. Both have various Pat. dates for 1867, May 28, Nov 26, Dec 10, all 1867. Both the #21 that I have and #22 on Ebay have the Anvil type nose on the rear jaw. Seems strange for there to be a #21 and a #22, there must be some difference.
