Hit 77 today here in Southern Indiana but the weather girl is promising cooler temps soon. Well cooler to us anyway Richard, balmy to you most likely:)

The ground is slowly turning white here.....

Hey Randy, good luck out there. I am leaving at 6:00 am tomorrow for 2+ weeks in the UP with my three setters hunting grouse. Hope to make a pheasant trip later this year, maybe to Kansas in December, or maybe January. After shooting the 28 ga course with you and Chuck Bishop, I pulled out my little Ugartechea 28 ga, a Lion Country gun, and have been shootin it well, so taking it along with the VHE 20, and my G. Forrester 20 ga hammer gun.

I'm shutting down the combine on Friday and heading for the North Branch outing Club for two days of woodcock and grouse hunting. Parker 28 ga is the primary gun for this hunt.
My boss says I need to be back to work on Monday.

Jeff

Give Woodrow a pat on the head for me. Good Luck!

Jeff Kuss 10-14-2020 10:23 PM

Brett, will do. I'm not hunting with him this year, but he pointed my first grouse last year.

Good luck Harold, safe travels. Hopefully we'll get to shoot together again before too long.

I always thought your boss was an okay guy, but now I am really beginning to wonder:). By the way your care package arrived yesterday, thank you very much!

Sounds like fun Randy,

Maybe we’ll see you along the way, we’re just departing your home state, plan to be in South Dakota this evening. I’m looking forward to my first pheasant opener tomorrow.

Good luck to you guys,
Stan
