Pheasant Curry

Made pheasant curry today at the shop . Same recipe I’ve used in the past except I used fresh basil instead of dried basil and snap peas in place of snow peas . And I thought the concoction was better . The minions at the shop seemed to like it as they all came back for more :rotf:

I'm a big fan of anything with curry. LOTS of curry!! :clap:

Looks great, save a little for me! I laid out over a dozen packages of grouse, pheasant, wild turkey yesterday and had them in a brine overnight. I've got them in the smoker right now and they smell great.
