I know, it's frustrating sometimes to post a picture but keep trying, you'll get it.

If you right click the red X it takes you to photo bucket and three pics will come up along with the useual annoying pop-ups.:cuss:

Red x is not visible for me.

I'd like to see more pictures of that gun. The grip cap would indicate an early Damascus gun but the forend and single trigger would indicate otherwise.
Brent, do you know who refinished/refurbished that gun or have any evidence that Parker Bris. or Remington did it?? It sure looks like a nicely done Parker.

Sorry, Im experimenting with the attachments. I will try again in a little bit. What Im trying to do is attach some pictures of a GHE 16 I bought 20 plus years ago. Didnt know much about it just liked how it looked. Since then Ive developed an interest in Parkers. I thought maybe some of you could tell who had done the restoration and what is original and whats not. SN is 230042 has a BTFE and miller single trigger. I notice the frame has stamped L and R next to the barrel selector. does that mean the trigger was installed at factory?

Try again with picturess

Im not much of a photographer. I am pretty sure the stock has been replaced but I think the fore end might be original.

Couple more pictures.

I think I may have this figured out now. thanks for you patience.http://i1176.photobucket.com/albums/...e/DSC00681.jpghttp://i1176.photobucket.com/albums/...%20GHe/008.jpg

Yup, that's a darned nice gun and is a 1929 gun by the serial number. Unfortunately you probably can't get a letter on it because the book in that range is missing. I think I can see a screw in the front of the beavertail forend which may indicate it to be original.
That is a very nice looking case too. Please show more pictures of both the gun and the case. Thanks for the treat!!

Thanks, The case was a do it yourself deal.I will send some more pics in a bit need to go to work.
