Found this gun in wife's family farm house. It is double barrel decarbonized serial no. 0855. Now the bad it's missing the stock, both trigger and hammer assembly, guard, and ejector. Any parts available? Is it worth fixing? Willing to spend some as of family history. Robert

Pictures would help a great deal in determining if it is worth the expense.

I will have to see how to post pictures however it is in bad condition but everything works.it is a 12 gauge.
|
Are you certain it is not an 11 gauge or a 14?
How did you determine the gauge? Is the serial number on the action flats preceded by an A or a B? . |
The number is preceded buy a 0 the forearm and the barrel have same number. The broken trigger bracket has a patent number 131866. A modern 12 gauge fits very snug just thought it was a 12 gauge.

Most likely to be a 12A

Parts are out there from time to time. I do have some on hand for early back action guns. The wood would be your toughest find.
