STORM ACROSS THE MOUNTAIN

This was a worrisome storm, brought on by a pretty strong cold front, Gary

They can be pretty scary, especially in the mountains where their approach is often unknown until they're about on top of you.

But it sure was nice not to have a heat index over 100 for the first time in weeks. Down in the low 80s as a high. I imagine you have 70s in the mountains Gary.

When you live in God's country occasionally you have to deal with the wrath:rotf:

Looks like fun Gary. We've hardly had a overnight temp get above the 50's all summer.... and our first frost is due in about 6 wks tops. Our last frost was only a couple of weeks ago!

Fellows it is nice to live where summer temps rarely get to 90, With that front the temps dropped pretty good low 50's this morning, Richard my wife is heading up your way in August Salmon fishing, flys into Anchorage then a short flight on Ryan to Kenie. don.t know if I spelled that just right. Sounds like she will see a little frost, Gary
