Winchester Parker Reproduction Indentification

Gentleman,

Hello It's been quite some time since I logged in. I just purchased a (mint) Winchester Parker Reproduction A-1 Special, 12 gauge two barrel set 26" IC & MOD, 28" Mod & full, with leather bound oak case and cover. I have the Parker identification and serialization book and the two Parker History books.

I can't seem to locate by serial number when this gun was manufactured. It does however have "Made in Japan" engraving.

Serial number for this gun is 112-044. Does anyone have any info on these guns?

Much appreciated,

Ed

Ed,

As far as I know there are no records available to research a Parker Reproduction.

What is known is all Repro's were built in the 1980's in Japan at the Winchester plant which was producing the Model 23 Winchester at the time. I'm sorry I can't pin it down closer, but mid to late 80's is a good frame of reference.

Look up Richard Skeuse on the member list and message him with the information of you Parker Reproduction and he can probably narrow down when it was built.
