Home Page Pic
If you have not noticed we have a fabulous new home page pic that has something for everyone. If you like horned critters on your floor plate (Craig T.) this one has it. Do you prefer birds possibly, well this one has that also. Nice job fellas, nice engraving on that one.

"Looking back bird" and "looking back cow elk." I know they are probably a European Stag and his harem, but it is an American gun so they are Wapiti.

That is indeed a nice one. Sooo much better than the bland banknote realism of today's engraving.

It's a very interesting gun in my opinion. According to the letter it was in the 1897 MSG show but is not listed in the TPS as a show gun. After the show it was sold to DuBray who kept it for 2 years. In 1905 it was returned to Parker to reduce the drop at comb and add a Silvers pad. When I got the gun it was very dirty, tarnish on the action and a couple of bad spots of the barrel from poor storage. Breck re-finished the barrels and that where it sits today. Chokes .035/.034, 1 58" x 2 3/8" x 14 5/16"x 7lbs 15oz. I love the gun and shoot it well.
