Hello from Pennsylvania
Hello, I just joined.
My name is Jim and I have been a longtime "lurker" I inherited my Step-Grandfather's Parker VHE in 95% condition many years ago. It has serial# 151027 made in 1909. I plan on posting photos soon. I finally got around to taking it to my mountain cabin to be shot for the first time in over 50 years last weekend. That old baby, was so sweet shooting and accurate, I was stunned. Beautiful gun! I will be joining PGCA and getting a letter on the gun in the near future. |
Hope you join soon Jim - there are many benefits of being an annual member.
. Good Luck, Dean |
Welcome Jim. You’ll be amazed at what you can learn here. All are very accommodating and helpful. Enjoy the ride, it’s wonderful. Jim D

Meet the parkerphiles
If you're in the vicinity of Friendsville PA on the first weekend in June, why not bring your new heirloom to the 16th annual SxS classic at Hausmann's Hidden Hollow. You'll get to meet alot of the PGCA members, and have a chance to break in your VHE on some sporting clays.

Jim, you may be a bit young to remember the Bucks County Shooting Association in Chalfont. My dad took me to flyer shoots there when I was in my mid teens in the sixties and I still have programs from the club from the mid sixties.
