Elk Creek Hunt Club Monthly Vintage Shoot
1 Attachment(s)
The usual suspects gathered Wednesday for show and tell then shoot. There was a nice spread of gun eye candy including cased sets of English side x sides. We shot the Green Course which is fairly easy. I shot the GHE 20 with 30" full choked barrels and 3/4 oz of shot scoring 88/100. Three .410's where on the course. One, a Westley Richards, in competent hands did very well for itself.

Hmmmm some shady characters no doubt

The “Retired guys” in our area usually shoot at Central VA Sporting Clays on Thursday mornings . Sometimes I’m able to join most times not

Some familiar faces there Harry. Wish I coulda made it.

There were two groups. I was in a group of four and the group viewed picked up the stranglers. One comment worth repeating was, “Young men shooting old guns.”
|
Let me know next time you’re going and I’ll join you.
