You may remember that my son Harry earned a Savage 410 by selling PGCA raffle tickets at Pheasant Fest. That was just the impetus for him to start shooting shotguns and the 410 is now retired to being his turkey gun with Tungsten shot and he is up to 28 gauges. He likes both of my Parkers, Julia's automatics and a Beretta from my father in law.
He is learning the ropes slowly and we have a lesson scheduled too |
Soon he'll be graduating to 10 gauges..... :)

Mills where is the club you and Harry are shooting at? The reason I ask is my graddaughter moved toSC. in Dec. and I visited her in Feb and am interested in finding a club there.
|
Forest City gun club in Savannah.
|
Thank you, she is a bit out of range in Myrtle beach. Her club is nice but still an hour away. Yours looks like a first class facility.
|
Go to Backwoods Quail Club. One of the best

Mills and family are fortunate enough to be members of and have access to the very nicest gun club I've ever been to. Forest City is very private but they open their doors for State High School shooting tournaments each year. We are very appreciative of Forest City's generosity. An incredible venue.

Please tell Harry that Matt Hanson said hi!! I am so happy he earned his 410! He did such a great job selling tickets at PF. Some day Harry is going to be the president of the PGCA! Super great boy. I am so proud that our organization has great young members.
Thank you very much Mills!! |
Thank you Mills, on my next trip we will visit Backwoods.
