I haven't a clue which sbt I have.

Hello all. I've been a member for a bit but have never posted anything before. I have a sbt I need some help with. I figured I'd try to get some input from you all.
The serial number on the water table is 176585, so I assume it's made in 1918. What confuses me is the fact that there is no grade mark on the water table. On the barrel flats there is an NT a 3 and A1. The wood is exquisitely checkered and engraved. It is a straight stock. Under the receiver there is what I assume is a gold pigeon with wings outstretched. I can't figure out how to post the picture on here. I could text them or email them to someone that does know how to put them on here though. I love fine shotguns, but i like knowing a bit about what i have as well. Any help is appreciated.

You can send the pictures to me @ pgcaresearch@verizon.net. You should see a 4 under the S/N if it has a pigeon in flight on the floor plate. It would be a SC graDE (4).

There are no other numbers or letters around the serial number. I will send pictures to you now. If you don't mind, could you put them on this thread? Thanks!

Here are the pictures Jesse sent me to post. I've replied to him on e-mail. Jesse can give you the particulars on this gun.

It appears to be a typical SC with what appear to be aftermarket embellishments to boylth the wood as well as to the frame.

I own 177853. It's an SC, straight stock Titanic barrel. As the early engraving and the screw that opens to expose the firing pin.

Thanks guys! The embellishments were done by Walter Kolouch.
