1903 Catalog with White Cover.
I know we are familiar with the 23 page 1903 Parker catalog with embossed pink and white cover. Kevin McCormack sold me an identical catalog, but with a plain white or cream cover with an open AH Grade on the cover. It is the same as the #26 catalog in The Parker Story except for the cover. It refers to "35 Years" of Parker production, as does the pink embossed catalog. This is the first catalog I have found for my collection that is not listed or pictured in TPS. Unfortunately, pages 11-14 are missing. Still a great find.

Nice find Bill. It is a legitimate catalog.
While virtually everything in both catalogs is the same, the fonts and layout are very slightly different as I'm sure you saw. I took a very quick look and only some minor descriptions on page 14 - the price list for Hammerless Guns - have been deleted in your new catalog. These differences confirm that it is not an "artificially aged" photocopy of the other 1903 catalog. |
Thanks for the information.
