Hiding Selected Messages

I scan the Parker site by using the "New Posts" function. Occasionally, there is a thread that I am not interested in, and would like for that thread not to show up in the "New Posts" section. Is that possible?

Click it in then hit your back arrow. The thread won't bother you again until there is a new post on it.
