Didn't want to spend three hundred bucks on a gun caddy to shoot sporting clays so while googling ran into a few shooting forums where they had built one from a jogging stroller, well off I went to the junk shops in town and came back with a sixty dollar beauty, I used the gun rack off my ATV and my buddy stopped by to unload some of his junk at my place becouse he is moving and had the metal base that has a rubber face already glued on it a couple hours latter It was done, be using it tomorrow at Scarbourgh ME. Have to replace gun rack on four weeler.

Scarborough? Isn't that where Cabela's is? What kind of shooting do you do in Scarborough?

When you get off the Scarborough exit go to lights and instead of going right into Cabela's take left to next set of lights another left 2 -3 miles up on right.
Open Thurs. evening and Sunday at 10. Real nice facility 5 stand and a fifty bird SC course. 20 bucks nonmembers for a round of SC.

Bob good luck with your new gun caddy. I don't have it but there was a picture posted on here of my "two gun" cart at the Vintage Cup a couple of years ago with approximately eight guns, copious amounts of ammo, water, etc. With a rig like that you will soon have many more shooting buddies.:)

Larry's gun caddy at almost max capacity...

Larry, you aquire shootin' buddies not because of your high-capacity gun caddy...

but because we enjoy Deb's company :bigbye:

Baby Trend jogging strollers are popular for shooting conversions. They are cheap on Craig,s List and yard sales. Gun holders are Cabela and Home Depot purchases. One of our club members has built two for less than $75 each.

I am converting a Jeep Liberty jogging stroller, waiting on gun racks. Seems like a nice base with 12 inch hard tires. Stroller 25.00- cup holders for barrel muzzles 6.00 and gun rack 25.00. Folds up nice and compact, easy to operate, and stable. Dave
