While firing this gun the some shells from left barrel eject with some effort[stick] and others eject normally. This gun has 2 3/4' chambers.Where do I start looking?

Hugh,Are they factory shells or reloads?

These are factory loads from wally world.Haven't experienced the problem before but gun has been stored since dove season.

Hugh, I have occassionally had this same problem with cheaper factory shells (mostly Winchester). My belief has been that the brass is thin and expands more than normal when shot, thus making the shells difficult to extract or in your case eject.

Try cleaning the chambers with a chamber brush. I have corrected this problem by doing this. There appears to be just enough build up to keep the shells ejecting smoothly.

I have the same problem with the cheep Dove and Quail load by Winchester. They have the silver base and will stick in a 20 gauge DHE. The brass ones will not.

May be the loads..Haven't experienced this with trap loads.Don't see any undercuts in rim recesses or roughness in chamber[I clean after each shooting session].The brass on the hulls do show some deformation.
