Looking for any info on a M.L. Stoddard to whom a 20ga. VH was shipped 9/19/1938. Any leads anyone? Murph?

Found this. Don't know if he's your man but it is in the right era. Check the bottom of the page HERE (http://www.portlandgunclub.org/history.htm) There are some other M.L. Stoddards out there but this one seemed most appropriate to be a Parker buyer.
