Spring???? It hasn't gotten here yet. It snowed last Sunday the high today was 30 and the forcast is for a "Wintery Mix" and just because it's Spring we are supposed to get freezing rain:cuss:

I'm looking forward to the Southern just for the change in weather...hopefully a positive change with warmer temps.

Charlie ,those Blue Bonnets are the state flower.
You sometimes can see an acre or more so thick with them that it looks like a carpet.
Grover, the Hound posed for the picture..my dog,Jack saw a rabbit and took off across the field..no luck though..Jack likes the chase more than the kill...Bill:fg:

There's nothing better than just sitting and listening...

To the world waking up as the sky turns from star studded to dawn.
To the neighbor farm dogs communicating back and forth over a mile or more.
To each distant tractor firing to life.
To the cows mooing as they exit the barns.
To the turkeys flying down from roost trees.
To the 'one-lunger' crescendo of the cock Ruffed Grouse.
To the peenting of the mating woodcock.
To the movements of deer in the crisp leaf litter on the woods floor.

It doesn't get any better.
