double barrel hammer shotgun

I have this muzzle loader I think is 16 ga. The barrel is 33 1/4 in long. The only marking I can find is the word Parker on each of the two side metal plates behind the hammers and above the trigers. It looks to be in good shape except one of the hammers is loose. Can anyone give me any info on what I have? thanks! Jim Miller

Hi Jim,

I don't think you have a Parker Bros. shotgun because I believe that they didn't make muzzle loaders. Sorry I can't help you any farther.

I have one of those Parker muzzle loaders and they are not Parker Bros guns. I think they were made in Belgum. JVB
