Replacement sticker

Hello,

With whom do I need to speak about having a replacement sticker mailed to me? The smallish ones, maybe 4" or so, that come with a new membership? It would appear that someone took a disliking to the one on my truck and ripped through it in several spots.....

For some reason I can't log into pgca site. Keeps saying this connection is not private. Go back. Using iPad. Can log in on Android phone. Started this couple days ago. Any help appreciated. Thanks Mark
