Breeders mark

So a beautiful English Pointer has come in the rescue and she has blue “PL” tattooed on the inside of her right ear. After doing a bit of research it would appear there are several intakes throughout the years that have this blue marking, not the “PL” but different combinations of letters and some with letters and numbers. Would anyone out here know what breeder would have this marking? I would love to trace lineage on the little girl!
