Miss Ray Hunsinger, "Little Hawkeye," of Gloucester, N. J. participated in the events at Interstate Park, New York, on December 14, 1900. She was unfortunate in drawing some extra fast birds and withdrew from a 25 bird sweep on the twentieth round with 14 kills. On December 15 she shot at 10 birds and killed 8. She used a Parker gun, 3 drams Kings’ smokeless in Peters Ideal shells.

Drew,
Miss Ray Hunsinger, AKA "Little Hawkeye," is No stranger to the PGCA crowd, take a look at the Parker Pages cover photo of volume 16, Spring 2009, Issue 1... Little Hawkeye was indeed a shooter, and from the low gun position with that determined look in her eye, she was all business...;)

Best, CSL
