If you like it, buy it. It is unique, and definitely gussied up for a Reproduction, but for about $2000-3000 more than an untouched one. I kind of like the original Reproductions.

I agree with Joe.Kinda pricey but on a positive note I have heard good things about the seller.

Joe...I realy like the this gun.....double triggers and 28" barrels. The one thing that kept me from dealing on this gun was the drop at the heal. I can't shoot such a striaght stock at 2" of drop. You can see in the picture how straight it is. It took me a while to get on target with my 2 1/4 " -2 3/8" drop repro's after shooting a collection of Fox guns with 2 7/8-3 1/16" drop. I have sold most all of my low guns and now shoot best with 2 3/8 drop. I suppose the stock could be bent down a tad?....I think the price is right for sutch a gun. Its one of a kind...I like the workmanship, engraving of grouse and pretty wood..(-:

Chuck is a PGCA member and a good gentalman to deal with. Give him a call. He does a nice job with these. If I were to have a repo it would be this one.
