Interesting book, Drew. I'm disappointed that there are no Washington State gun clubs listed in this book. None for Idaho either. The Spokane Gun Club was founded in 1892. We'd been a state for three or four years when this book came out. There are clubs listed for places that were still Territories, Utah, Arizona and New Mexico.
